Researchers Develop Computer Game to Help Participants Eat Less Sugar

The Philadelphia Inquirer (5/13, Schaefer) reports that “Drexel University researchers may have found a way to get people to eat healthier and have fun at the same time.” The “researchers developed a computer game that trained participants’ brains to eat less sugar,” and after studying “the effects of the game on participants’ weight-loss goals,” found that “more than half the participants lost as much as 3 percent of their body weight” during the study period.
